Four years ago, our long-time Cal Alumni Club of DC tradition--the Annual Picnic--was brought back from hibernation, and almost 100 alumni and friends came out for a great time. Following last year's success, we are excited to host our 2014 Cal in the Capital interns who will be wrapping up their internships here in DC AND the incoming class of 2018 (and their families from the DC area) who are getting ready for their first Cal Welcome Week!

METRO: This year our picnic location is Metro-accessible! Closet metro stations are Virginia Sq/GMU and Ballston-MU on the Orange Line. Due to the Metro-accessible location this year, Quincy Park prohibits alcohol to be served at this event.

CAR: Quincy Park is located at 1201 N. Quincy Street in Arlington, Virginia about 20 minutes from Fairfax, VA and 30 minutes from Rockville, MD (without traffic, of course.) The entrance to the park and free parking in a dirt/gravel parking lot is at N. Quincy & Washington. There is also free parking on the street on Washington and Nelson Streets.
