Please join us for dinner and conversation with Dr. John Matsui, director and cofounder of Berkeley’s Biology Scholars Program (BSP). BSP challenges the "by the numbers" popular view about who can and should do science, graduating 2080 students from diverse backgrounds over the past 20 years. Dr. Matsui is a 2015 recipient of the Presidential Award for Excellence in Science, Mathematics, and Engineering Mentoring. Cocktails in bar at 6 pm, dinner begins promptly at 6:30in private room.
