Tender pieces of meat in a ridiculously amazing sauce with the perfect level of coconut and blend of savory and sweet. Served over rice it's about as good as it gets. “The Kyetthar Thoke (chicken salad) is also exceptional. It's a chopped salad served on a bed of cabbage with strips of chicken and cilantro. It's topped with fried onion and some of the best dressing I have ever had in my life."
