In honor of Women's History Month, this happy hour is the first event of a new effort focused on creating purposeful spaces for female alums of Cal to have opportunities to socialize, network, share advice, and support one another in addressing and overcoming professional challenges. 

Some potential topics of discussion during the first happy hour will include: 

What gender-related challenges do you currently face, if any, in advancing in your current profession/area of work?

What resources have you found helpful in addressing these challenges?  In what areas have you found resources lacking?

How can the DC Cal Alumni chapter be more effective in helping female alumni meet their professional goals? What types of events and/or resources would you like to see us develop?
