Sweeping 360 degree view from Capitol to the Archives to the Old Post Office Clocktower and the Washington Monument. Thinking of fabulous french fruit tart from Paul's Bakery for dessert with champagne or sparkling cider or nice dessert wine - but open to suggestions!
