Please join us for a family style meal at DC’s first Filipino restaurant, Purple Patch, June 20 at 7 PM. Owner Patrice Cleary features her Filipina mother’s recipes, originally learned in the Philippines and perfected traveling around the world.
We’ll sample such classic dishes as Chicken Adobong, Pancit Bihon, Pork Sinigang and Lumpia. To see more of the menu, please check out http://www.purplepatchdc.com/menus/
Family style means we’ll share dishes and the bill. There are vegetarian options as well as meat and fish dishes. Don’t forget to reserve a spot by sending your rsvp to Kathy Molina at firstname.lastname@example.org or replying to this email. As usual, RSVPs will be accepted on a first come first served basis. Please also bring cash to make it easy to divvy up the bill.
In addition, you’ll get to meet our next supper club coordinator Karen O’Brien. Hope to see you there!
