Join Cal and Stanford alums for a complimentary (free) clinic with Squash on Fire on Tuesday, July 18th. Lesson is from 6:30PM to 7:15PM and consist of some or all of the following, tailored to those who participate:
- Functional Warm-Up Screening,
- Team Games for Movement, Timing and Coordination
- Introduction and Demonstration of the First Routine
- Feeds, Routines, and Conditioned Games, with Coach's Guidance and Input
- Game Play!
Players are asked to wear non-marking shoes
and sign a waiver (accessed by creating a profile
*If not explicitly stated on the shoe, non-marking shoes have gel or soft bottoms. Press your thumbnail or fingernail into the sole and if the sole is dented from the pressure momentarily, it is non-marking. Non-marking shoes typically have white or rubber sole. For example, all New Balance shoes are non-marking, as are many Asics. Indoor soccer shoes or volleyball shoes are all non-marking as well.
