Nazca Mochica, the new Peruvian restaurant near Dupont Circle is among Tom Siestema’s Top 10 new restaurants in Washington Post’s Spring Dining guide. NAZCA menu has “dishes inspired in the culinary history of Peru and its multiple influences received from other cuisines, such as Chinese, Middle Eastern and Italian, which Peruvians adapted and incorporated in their traditional dishes.”
