For the club's holiday social, annual meeting and club elections. This is a fun, casual event where we serve a catered Mexican dinner, and come to socialize with other club members and hear more about the club's activities in 2025, and what we have planned for 2026.

The event agenda: 

Start time: 6:00 pm - venue opens and enjoy food and beverages with your fellow alumni

Program starts: 7:15 pm - this is the club's annual business meeting where we review activities in 2025 and have elections for the 2026 Board of Directors. 

The following board positions are available:

• President (2-year term)
• Executive Vice President (1-year term)
• Membership Director (1-year term)
• Secretary (1-year term)
• Vice President of Activities (1-year term)
• Vice President of Athletics (1-year term)
• Vice President of Student Relations
• Vice President of Professional Development

The Treasurer role is currently filled and in the middle of its 2-year term.
