Dear University of California Alumni,
Our students are excited to meet UC alumni who live in the DC metro area. We hope you will join us on Wednesday, October 11 for dinner and an evening of conversation with our undergrads.
Each quarter, we host a loosely structured event to maximize the interaction time between students and alumni. The evening will kick off with a talk by Professor Scott Talan.
Following the talk, students and alumni will engage in our version of "speed networking" where alumni will sit at tables grouped by professional interest or area of expertise. We'll ask each of you to give a brief introduction of yourself and then the students will rotate from table to table every 12-15 minutes.
